Caring Hearts meets up every 4th Thursday of the month.

4 volunteers at 0500L to help out at the warehouse separating/distributing food to 3 other host sites (***please email me if you plan on volunteering at the warehouse so I can ensure there are enough volunteers and not too many***) 
Estimated finish:  0700.  40-60 volunteers at 0750 to help out at.the church building/filling boxes.

Warehouse Details:  If you wish to assist w/ loading the truck at the warehouse, showtime is at Jung Warehouse in Mascoutah on the morning of the event at 0500L.

Church details:
Showtime:  0800-0810 (0730 to help with table/box setup) and sign the roster when you arrive.  It will be located at the far left table at the front.

What to expect:
-  Volunteers rally in the church basement.
-  When the delivery truck arrives, everyone forms a line out to the truck to bring supplies to the assembly stations inside.
-  Once all supplies are in place, they have a prayer and sing happy birthday/anniversary.
-  Once box assembly starts, the line will flow rapidly.
-  Volunteers then form a human chain from the end of the assembly line back out to the truck.br /> ***If you are interested, a few of us also go to the senior living apartments afterwards and deliver about 70 boxes.

Estimated finish:  0930-1000.  It highly depends on if the delivery truck is on time and how many boxes we have to fill.

Children are allowed to participate as well.  Just keep safety in mind, especially if they help unload the truck.
